Science of Diving Special
Diving is your hobby and you simply want to know more about this fascinating sport? Are you interested in the physiology and physics that play an important role for us divers? You want to know more about the different diving environments? You are thinking about getting into professional diving education? Then the course is an excellent basis for it.
Course description:
With the support of the digital SSI teaching material, you will prepare for the course in a relaxed manner. We will deepen the theory together and answer all your questions on the different topics of the Science of Diving course.
In at least three sessions we will go deeper into the subject matter and deepen your knowledge together.
Entitlements after the course:
The course concludes with the SSI Science of Diving Specialty certification, which credits towards the Advanced Open Water recognition level or further experience levels. 24 logged dives and 4 specialty courses and you reach the level of SSI Advanced Open Water Diver
You will broaden your horizon and learn a lot about the basics of diving. The Science of Diving course is also the prerequisite for the Divemaster and further professional levels.
Process
Theory: You can study the digital teaching material at your own pace. Here, all the details of the theory are explained very clearly. We deepen this knowledge together with you during three or more sessions with us.
During the theory, we answer your questions, delve into topics and explain correlations based on experience.
