Stress & Rescue Diver
Stress & Rescue Diver : You want more safety for yourself and your fellow divers? You want to recognise stress and be able to act in an emergency? You want to develop your diving skills to a higher level?
Then the Stress & Rescue course is just right for you. You will learn to recognise and understand the development of stress and you will learn how to deal with it. You’ll review self-rescue skills and how to help others in an emergency.
The Stress & Rescue is certainly one of the most important diving courses. Every diver should develop to at least this course.
Digital training gives you the opportunity to study the theory at home at your leisure. We have scheduled additional theory lessons so that you can consolidate what you have read. The teaching of theory is an important part of the course….
The special course includes some pool sessions and at least 3 open water workshops.
In the pool we learn the skills that we will then apply in the open water in various scenarios.
A challenging course that will give you a lot of confidence to act correctly in an emergency.
Authorisations after the course:
The Stress & Rescue is primarily for your safety. If you have 50 dives, four specialties and the Stress & Rescue then you qualify for Master Diver.
On request we also offer PADI, CMAS or I.A.C. courses. Here the costs for the teaching material change.
Theory: You can relax and study the digital teaching material at your own pace. Here, all the details of the theory are explained very clearly. We deepen this knowledge together with you during several sessions with us.
Pool: In our in-house pool we learn skills such as towing techniques, recovering an unconscious diver, responding to panic attacks and much more. These exercises are the preparation for the open water workshops.
Open Water Dives: With our minibus we go together to the Upper Sure lake here in Luxembourg or to the lakes in the region. This can be done together as part of our training weekends or, after consultation with you and your instructor, quite flexibly as it fits into your schedule.
During the workshops you will learn to apply your rescue skills under real conditions. In the scenarios, search patterns are learned and rescues are organised and carried out.
