Advanced Open Water Diver
Discover our SSI Advanced Open Water course, designed to improve your diving skills and explore new underwater environments. You can choose from four different specialty courses, such as deep diving, underwater navigation, nitrox and night diving. The diving sessions are led by SSI certified instructors, who will guide you through each area of diving. The course is open to all certified divers. Register now to discover new underwater horizons, share your passion with other divers and become an experienced diver. In other words AOWD.
Course description:
We discuss together which further exercises you would like to do. Be it buoyancy, fin techniques, orientation, we are sure to have many tips and tricks for you.
Depending on what you decide to do, we will do a dive in our pool or go on an open water dive together.
The course includes certification as Advanced Open Water Diver.
Process
This is what your course could look like:
Pool: If your chosen dives require it, they can take place in our heated pool. Buoyancy or fin techniques can be practised perfectly here.
Open water dives: With our minibus we travel together to the reservoir here in Luxembourg or to other lakes in the region. This can be together during our training weekends or, after consultation with you and your instructor, completely flexible according to your schedule. The planning depends on the skills you want to develop. We will discuss this with you in detail
