About Thomas Kromp
Thomas Kromp is a German diving instructor, sport coach and author of non-fiction books on sport diving. Since 1980 Thomas has been active in the education and training of diving instructors as well as the further development of diving associations. As an inactive SSI, IAC and CMAS instructor as well as an active NASDS instructor, Thomas has a very broad knowledge of the diving industry. For many years Thomas has also offered seminars on topics such as leadership and motivation, team building or sales psychology, among others for companies such as Microsoft. Thomas also uses his knowledge as Head Coach of Aquamed to improve medical development in the field of diving. Until 2019, Thomas was responsible for developing training content and conducting instructor seminars at IAC until he subsequently moved to NASDS.

DiveWinns is happy to welcome Thomas Kromp to our company. You can expect an interesting day with lots of news from the diving industry, a first aid update for dive instructors and exciting discussion sessions.
